Join the Burlington Chamber Orchestra for our last concert of the season. May 14th is the “Annual Celebration of Youth” concert, conducted by Guest Conductor Kayoko Dan from the Chattanooga Symphony and Opera.

The 2016 winner of the BCO’s Young Artist Solo Competition, Tommy Bergeron, a 15 year old sophomore from Essex Junction, Vermont will be featured performing the first movement of Mozart’s Horn Concerto No. 4, K 495.

Jacob Morton-Black’s In Memoriam will also be featured as the winning composition of the 2016 Young Composer Competition.

The program also will include Friedrich KuhlauTrylleharpen Overture, Op. 27 and Franz SchubertSymphony No. 6 in C major, D. 589

The concert will be held at the University of Vermont Recital Hall. Tickets are on sale now at flynntix.org.  Adults/Seniors $25 and Students $10.
